Manchester United aim for a fourth consecutive win across all competitions as they host Crystal Palace at Old Trafford in the Premier League.

After finishing eighth last season, Manchester United seem on course for their worst-ever Premier League campaign under Ruben Amorim, though recent results have shown some improvement. A 2-0 Europa League win over FCSB secured their spot in the last 16, and despite only one loss in their last four league games, they remain 12th in the Premier League, 12 points off fifth place. A Europa League title may be their best hope of qualifying for next season's Champions League.
Crystal Palace, who had European ambitions after a strong end to 2023-24 under Oliver Glasner, have been stuck in mid-table due to a poor start. They recently saw a six-match unbeaten run ended by Brentford, but debutant Romain Esse scored in that defeat. Jean-Philippe Mateta, nominated for January's Player of the Month, has been in great form, and with the best away defense in the league, Palace will be confident of earning a result at Old Trafford, having won there last season.
